We all have these times where the shopping was so good and we loved what we bought so much that we figure out as many different outfits as possible around that article of clothing. I just got this new cardigan of a style I didn't think would suit me but ended up wearing it to three different events on three different days. What can I say, it fuels my creativity! Hey, at least I'm using it to the best of its abilities. But on another note, have you guys noticed something different (*cough cough* look towards the shoes)? Yes, yes I actually did it. I have finally bought black combat boots. I didn't think this would happen because I wasn't too fond of the idea of black boots on outfits but now they have made their purpose in my closet. Oh don't worry I still love my camel tan ones a lot more, but these ones are just super cute and actually an essential;I'm planning on changing them up a little with a DIY activity that will hopefully be successful, but we'll see since it is I who is doing it.
Oh I can't forget about the scarf! It's also a new addition to the scarf collection; there was just something about the print that made me want it, along with the color diversity that makes it quite versatile.

Sometimes we all just want to be that vibrant, "wow-that's-a-bright-color" one in the bunch. Because it's summer, and I'm going color crazy, I picked up this cardigan (and on sale too!) and played with it until it found its right match, and let me tell you, do they work together or what. When I said a cobalt blue maxi should be considered an essential, I meant it. This color works with almost anything that can work with black and probably dress it up more (or at least brighten it for that matter). So if you haven't bought yours yet, go buy one! Of course the only purse that would wrap up with it well is this one that you have become so well acquainted with. Also, I added the brown belt just to kind of balance the bright colors ( similar to the bag's effect on the outfit), so when in doubt if you're outfit seems like too much color or they're off balance, try adding a brown (camel color if possible) belt! Well, hope you guys love this rather vibrant outfit for the summer and of course all those mosque nights that are still yet to come! Keep up the #myramadhanootn :)

You guys remember that blog I posted about the essential pieces of clothing you need in your closet? Well, I've got a new essential, and that my friends is a cobalt blue maxi. Yes, you need it! It's not only appropriate for the summer, but it's such a pretty color that you can easily dress it up for a night out with that special someone ;D just kidding that special someone is me, myself, and I  ( #dontaskmeoutIwearascarf ). But honestly though, you guys need to go shop for one (ehem at H&M...I promise I'm not addicted to this store, well kind of not addicted). You can make it into a maxi skirt like I did with today's outfit or put a cardigan, blazer, even a leather jacket if you want to feel super edgy! Because it's summer time, and I'm just soaking up the summer colors, I was feeling the stripes since it reminds me of sailing ( #Imonaboat ) and well the orange on the bag just POPS, and makes it fun and stands out and it's been a while since I've worn it, so I thought why not! Well hope you guys loved this week's outfit and are excited for more because I've just got so many ideas and I can't wait for you to see them!

Since it's almost November and I can still drink a slurpee from 7-11, why not just put a leather jacket on a maxi...YOLO.
This is my kind of edgy outfit that still maintains "girly" status with pattern-block of cheetah and floral. I could've made this outfit really bold and pop, but I'm saving that combination for later (in the mean time enjoy the suspense). The maxi is the soft cotton material that has just the right flowiness, that makes you ready for the beach (without the jacket of course). The scarf is essential (not only because I need to wear one), because it adds the color to the outfit with splashes of red and blue flowers, and of course the patterns correlate in their style, mixing well together. And to top it, the purse just gives the outfit the touch of a "classy" look to it.

  Hello my fashion lovers!

Brought the cheetah scarf back! Because who doesn't love being "cheetahlicious". I really like this outfit because it's a perfect mix for the start of fall. Didn't think these colors would mix right, especially putting a dark brown with a light denim top together, but they just work so well! It's probably the green skinny jeans that brings them together, because they're just so amazing like that (and thus being essential to every girl's closet). Honestly though my favorite part of this ring, and I don't know how to explain why I thought it would work, is the ring. I saw the ring at H&M (because I just really don't shop anywhere else), and I loved it! It's just so neat, and has that edgy touch to it and the gold tone of it worked well with my skin tone, making me like it even more. I know my other purse, that's double sided with two colors probably could've worked with this outfit, but I felt the black one was more appropriate because it balanced with the black spots of the scarf and just adds a classy touch. And well, at this point I don't know how to explain the boots, but the outfit was just screaming for it. It balances out the looseness of the shirt, where as wearing flats probably would've made the shirt and me look bigger. Well, hope you guys liked this week's outfit as much as I did! Hello Fashion Lovers! Today is an exciting day for me, because though I should've had this earlier, today's my first interview!  That's why today's outfit is compiled of a few of my favorite things from my closet and will also show another essential I feel everyone should have in their closet.  Guys aren't the only ones that can rock blazers (well unless you're Harvey Specter, then he rocks it the most), but a blazer is something I feel you need to have in a closet. It makes an outfit go from ordinary, to polished and just really stylish and cute, by just pulling it over a plain striped dress such as this one. This isn't my first blazer, but I do suggest that if you do want to buy a blazer, start off with a basic blue or black, just because it's easy to match with. I've always wanted a red/maroon blazer so when I saw this one, I had to get it (especially after only being $10). The cut of this blazer is different because it does not have the two stitched lines in the back, making it fit your back, but it's not so bad where it throws off the

whole outfit to not working. I also like it because one, of the two pockets (very convenient and adds more to it), and two because it's pretty light and bearable to wear this time of the year (especially in Florida). I wonder if you guys will get tired of seeing my pattern blocking...but I couldn't help myself and had to wear this scarf with this striped dress! The off-white/cream color blends well with the mesh of beige, different tones of green, mustard yellow and purple. And I understand there isn't an exact maroon color in the scarf to match the blazer, but I felt the colors were close enough to work well together.
I know, the summer is just ending and I'm already starting to bring about my boots, and I know this outfit would've looked cute with my flats, but I just didn't feel right wearing this outfit without the boots. I wasn't kidding when I said "get used to them," because with the next few months coming up, you'll be seeing them a lot more often :D But anyway, I honestly feel these boots are perfect for anything, and especially this outfit due to its camel tan color, working with the mix of colors in the outfit and especially the maroon blazer. They change the attitude of the outfit by giving it an edge, but still having a polished look with the blazer. And of course, the two pearl rings and purse just wraps up the outfit by giving a classy touch to it.
